The
Boat Galley
Carolyn
Shearlock is a former cruiser and owner of Que Tal, a Tayana 37. With
her husband, she spent 6 years living aboard full time while cruising
the Pacific coast of Mexico, the Sea of Cortez and Central America.
While cruising, she wrote a number of articles for Cruising World, Blue
Water Sailing, Latitude 38 and Latitudes and Attitudes. She has just
begun a blog devoted to galley tips and solving common problems faced by
cruising cooks, based on her own experiences while cruising. Called "The
Boat Galley," it contains in-depth articles featuring practical galley
tips, insights and equipment recommendations. It’s totally free and
there are several new articles each week. |
