Feeling Yachts were originally built by Kirie in France during the 1970-80's  when they introduced the first lifting fin keels.  In  the 1990's they were bought out by Alliaura Marine, (who also builds Privilege and the Transcat catamarans).  Today, Alliaura Marine builds only 60 Feeling yachts a year, giving each customer good attention and semi-customization on each yacht.

The Feeling 44 has three full sized berths.  The master stateroom has a queen sized berth located centrally making it easy for either side to get in and out.  The L-shaped dinette can easily seat 8 people for meals.  There are two heads, each with a separate shower stall.

The defining feature for Feeling yachts is the option for a lifting keel allowing boaters to explore areas with shallow drafts.
