The island is 7 km long.  The narrowest spot is 1 km wide.  There are over 30 beaches and coves.  The best known beach is White Sand beacn with 3.5 km of powdery white sand and warm gentle water.

Regular flights from Manila to Caticlan, the nearest port.  Ferry rides go from Cebu City or Caticlan on regular basis.  There are sailing and power boats available for daily or weekly charters.  Plenty of small boat adventures takes tourists to small caves and snorkelling trips.
