Just one hour away from the US border at
Tijuana, at Todos Los Santos Bay, in
Ensenada, Mexico, the 16-acre
Porto Hussong resort and mega yacht marina,
by Meridian Development Group (MDG), is
underway with a
completion date of 2011.
The completed project will include 284
marina slips capable of accomodating mega
yachts up to 400 feet in length.
5 residential towers (12 to 14 stories tall)
are planned with 400 (2-3 bedroom
residences) and 44 (3 to 5 bedroom
residences), 65 suite hotels, as well as 17
villa style homes. The first
residential tower has started construction
in 2008 and scheduled to be completed in
June of 2009.
The Sales
Center was opened in October of 2006, ready to help vacationers or retirees
interested in being first in line for their
piece of prime Mexico real estate. The new
sales center, complete with a scale model of
a Porto Hussong kitchen, bathroom and closet
aims to give the feel of the entire
completed resort. The grandeur Porto
Hussong’s resort and mega yacht 284-slip marina will
be able to accommodate over 250 yachts up to 200’
in length.
Located at the Porto Hussong
site, the sales center is open and staffed
seven days a week from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Complete with outside fireplace, barbeque
and lush garden for special events, the
sales center offers a taste of the
atmosphere and amenities buyers can expect
at Porto Hussong.
Visitors enter the sales
center through the same stylish Italian Panto doors that come standard in each Porto
Hussong unit. Once inside, visitors will
experience the kind of furnishings available
in an upgraded unit, with touches including
a Studio Becker designer kitchen imported
from Germany and Mexican granite
countertops. Other elegant amenities include
