History:
Mark Ellis began his design career in 1965. After working with
Hunt Associates, Philip Rhodes, Ted Hood 0f Little Harbor Yachts and C &
C, Mark set up his own design firm in 1975. One of his most
successful design is the Nonsuch class. The Nonsuch sailboats is
unique in its concept as it combines the traditional cat rig with modern
fin keel and spade rudder. There are over 1000 Nonsuch sailboats
in USA, Canada and Europe.
