   Tried tracking on the link you gave. Is there something I need to know? For some reason, the screen for the visual is all white
   and I only have a narrow slice of the map.
   Have you an idea?

   I suppose that you are talking about the Spot Messenger. On the left hand side of the screen where marked MAP, there is a plus + and – minus sign up and down. Drag a few clicks towards the negative sign, going down, to zoom out. Perhaps you are zoomed well too much in so that you are looking at the map too closely. Try that, it should work. Let me know how it works out. Try setting the bar at about seven clicks above the – sign.
